Welcome to Platinum Productions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store, including event tickets, vendor opportunities, RV experiences, and merchandise.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when making a purchase, registering for an event, submitting an application, or contacting us.

We reserve the right to correct website errors, update information, and make changes to website content as necessary.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, applicable fees, and available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or in the applicable registration or purchase process.

We reserve the right to address suspected fraudulent transactions, pricing errors, duplicate orders, or other order-processing issues in accordance with applicable law.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily guarantee acceptance if an error or issue requires review.

3. Event Tickets

Ticket Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing event details, ticket types, prices, and applicable event information before purchasing.

Tickets are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, typically within one hour of purchase. If tickets are not received, customers should check their spam or junk folder before contacting support@myplatinumproductions.com.

Refunds and Cancellations

All ticket sales are final. Events are held rain or shine. Refunds are not provided for inclement weather or a customer's inability to attend, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in the applicable event terms.

If Platinum Productions cancels an event, refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the cancellation announcement, subject to applicable law and payment-processing requirements.

Event Schedule and Programming

Event schedules, activities, and programming may change due to operational needs, safety concerns, artist availability, weather, or other circumstances.

Artist appearances are subject to change. Platinum Productions will communicate significant event updates through available official channels when reasonably practicable.

Venue Changes

If a venue change becomes necessary and the event proceeds at a replacement venue, existing tickets will remain valid for the replacement venue, subject to any applicable event-specific instructions.

4. Vendor Registration and Participation

Vendor applications, approvals, fees, requirements, and participation conditions are governed by the information provided during the applicable registration process and any separate vendor agreement or written instructions.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors must comply with applicable event rules, deadlines, licensing requirements, safety requirements, and instructions communicated by Platinum Productions.

Any vendor cancellation, refund, setup, or participation terms provided in a separate agreement or registration document will apply to the extent permitted by law.

5. RV Experiences and Event Accommodations

RV experiences, hookups, parking arrangements, and related event accommodations are subject to the descriptions, availability, requirements, and instructions provided for the applicable event.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the specific terms associated with their reservation or purchase. Site assignments, access instructions, arrival requirements, and operational arrangements may be updated when reasonably necessary for safety or event operations.

Any specific cancellation or refund terms provided at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.

6. Merchandise and Physical Products

Merchandise is subject to product availability and the descriptions, sizes, colors, and other details displayed on the website.

Colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, production processes, and the product selected.

Physical merchandise is produced, fulfilled, and shipped through third-party service providers. Products may ship separately and may arrive at different times, even when purchased in a single order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and reviewing product details before ordering.

Merchandise refund and return requests are reviewed according to our Refund and Return Policy. Customers should contact support@myplatinumproductions.com before returning an item.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Physical merchandise is shipped to the address provided at checkout. Available shipping methods, applicable charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed when available.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, holidays, production schedules, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Event tickets are delivered digitally and are not shipped as physical products.

8. Refunds and Returns

Ticket refunds are governed by the Event Tickets section above and our Refund and Return Policy.

Merchandise refunds, returns, and exchanges are reviewed under the applicable product terms and Refund and Return Policy. Most merchandise purchases are final, but requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, written materials, and other creative assets are owned by or used with permission by Platinum Productions or the applicable rights holders.
